This is jessica from MindHR and the most important thing about recruiting in 2021 is probably the same thing that was important in 2001 and that is listening you need to listen to what the potential employees want to do exactly what they're looking for you have to listen to what they don't want and what their future holds for them within your organization and then at the same time as an organization you need to listen to the managers in regards to what they're requesting and then you need to make that match without listening without making the match then you're actually doing a recruitment fail and that is the same across the board and then when you're looking for your candidates you need to be proactive it's always better to hunt than it is to fish so is there anything new no are people's requirements a little bit different yes but recruitment is recruitment as recruitment so if the wheel isn't broken don't fix it but if it is broken then think of what it is that you've done wrong this whole time because it's all about building relationships and listening this is jessica from MindHR and I hope this helps you.
